Strata Identity Introduces Orchestration Kitchen Workshops

Educational webinar series provides expert technical walkthroughs on solving identity modernization challenges with orchestration recipes 

BOULDER, Colo., Aug. 1, 2023 — Strata Identity, the Identity Orchestration company, today announced a new educational resource for identity and security professionals on how to address identity modernization use cases. Named ‘Orchestration Kitchen,’ this bi-weekly series will provide technical deep dives on complex identity management challenges. Topics include application modernization, legacy identity migration, multi-cloud identity, and others.

Who is the host of Strata’s Orchestration Kitchen?

Orchestration Kitchen is hosted by Mark Callahan, who has worked in the SSO, Social Media, and Identity fields. He was previously Sr. Director of Product Marketing for Equifax’s Identity, Fraud, and Compliance products and spent nearly eight years at Twitter as the Product Marketing Lead for the Enterprise Data and Developer Platform. The webinars will feature expert guests and explore some of the most challenging issues facing identity professionals today and how to address them using orchestration recipes. 

Orchestration recipes are end-to-end user flow templates that manage the complex identity relationships and processes associated with moving from Oracle Access Manager, SiteMinder, and others, to Okta, Microsoft Azure, AWS Cognito, and more.

Some of the upcoming “how to” sessions will include:

• Extend Okta to any unmanageable app – Protect complex legacy apps with Okta — fast.
• Protect on-prem legacy apps with Azure AD – Put Azure in front of mission-critical legacy apps without refactoring.
• Leave SiteMinder for a modern IDP – Move any app currently stuck behind SiteMinder to your modern IDP without refactoring it.
