Nothing worth building can rise from a shaky foundation. That’s why when Eric Olden, Eric Leach, and Topher Marie decided to take on the biggest IAM challenges around, they knew culture was the make or break. And culture means people.

So before they figured out exactly how Strata would work or how it would get funded, they laid out the core values: openness, honesty, integrity, transparency, accountability and empowerment.

A mirror of the world we live in, Strata’s team of Maverics are distributed across North America. Our founders started the company while on a surfing trip together all while living in different parts of the US. Our core values are at the heart of everything we do, and geography doesn’t change that.
