First event on Unlocking the Future of Identity will explore decentralized identity, emerging standards, and the rise of passkeys 

BOULDER, Colo., Oct. 26, 2023 — Strata Identity, the Identity Orchestration company, today announced a new panel session webinar series called Identity Heroes that will feature industry experts discussing identity management trends, challenges, and lessons learned. The first Identity Heroes event, Unlocking the Future of Identity, will explore emerging developments in decentralized identity, standards, and passkeys.  

WHO: Panelists:
David Lee, Author and host, is known as the IDENTITY JEDI. He has more than 15 years of experience helping Fortune 500 companies understand the way of identity. From engineering to consulting to business development and product management, David has run the gamut regarding identity. He has become known as one of the most knowledgeable and sought-after experts in the field. He has spoken on global stages about identity and was named one of the top influencers in the field in 2019 by OWI.

Adam Callen, CIO and Co-founder, NYEDIS. If it has to do with identity management, Adam has probably done it. He has worked on identity projects spanning most of the major enterprise applications for large enterprise clients over the past 15 years. Adam is also the host of the Nyedis Anarchy Series podcast, which gives expert insight into identity and access management, enterprise cloud security, web3, and much more.

Gerry Gebel, Head of Standards, Strata Identity. Gerry has over 20 years of experience in requirements definition, architecture development, and strategic planning for identity management projects with Fortune 500 corporations. He has been a senior executive with Axiomatics, a global provider of access control solutions, and served as vice president and service director with research firm Burton Group for nearly a decade. Gerry started his career in the technology group at Manhattan Bank (now part of JP Morgan Chase).

Mark Callahan, Senior Director, Product Marketing, Strata Identity. He previously served in  Equifax’s Identity, Fraud, and Compliance products division and spent eight years at Twitter (now X) working on the Enterprise Data and Developer Platform.
