The Maverics Identity Orchestration Platform is officially launched! As Michael Vizard of Security Boulevard and IT Security News states, “[Maverics] a platform for orchestrating the management of identities spanning multiple applications, directories and cloud services…. provides IT organizations with a framework to declaratively implement and manage policies based on identities that is core to any zero-trust approach to securing IT environments.”

Maverics is already in action and making a huge difference for some big-name clients, like grocery store giant, The Kroger Company with more announcements in the pipe.

Across the board, the response to Maverics has been phenomenal — in the media and analyst communities, with investors, and industry experts who have heard about what Strata is doing through the buzz it is generating.

AIthority quotes Kroger’s Cloud Information Security Manager regarding how Maverics has enabled their massive migration from legacy system Siteminder to the cloud-based Microsoft Azure. “[with Maverics] we were able to modernize our applications so that we can move faster to provide better products to our end-users and our customers while leveraging the power of the cloud.”

Along with the Maverics Platform announcement, AIthority also notes that Strata has been named one of the 10 finalists for the RSA Conference 2021 Innovation Sandbox Competition. Read the RSA press release here.

Database Trends and Applications writes, “… identity silos make it impossible to manage identity and access policies consistently. The goal with Maverics is to provide a distributed identity fabric that abstracts and unifies any identity system, including Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, AWS, and Google Cloud Identity; on-prem products from Oracle, CA, RSA ClearTrust, Active Directory, Ping, and others; and identities contained in enterprise applications like Salesforce, Workday, and more.”

A feature on VMblog quotes Strata CEO, Eric Olden. “The future of computing is unquestionably multi-cloud and to succeed in this new era of distributed architectures, enterprises need an identity management approach that is equally distributed. Strata built Maverics for enterprises adopting multi-cloud that want to avoid rewriting apps, custom integration, long identity projects and to break identity lock-in,” said Eric Olden, CEO of Strata. “Maverics identity orchestration removes the barriers created by fragmented identity silos so organizations can use any identity system with any application, and enforce consistent access policies in a way that is transparent to users.”
